Father’s Day INCIDIAH Release

In writing this note to our members, family and friends, we stare at the image of those presently residing in a tumultuous atmosphere.

FATHER’S DAY wasn’t meant to be celebrated in times of unrest, killings, kidnappings, intimidations and crimes of all sorts.

Haiti needs to replenish and those fathers who traveled from various places to rally in New York against Haiti’s statu quo are clearly fighting for residents of Martissant, Fontana,  Delmas,  Belair,  Savien, Cité Soleil and La Savane, Aux Cayes.

They all deserve a better day. By the grace of God our unquestionable patriotism carries their suffering to our neighbors as others get motivated by the cause many of us stand for today.

A few hours preceding Father’s Day a Boston Haitian Community Representative has attracted so much attention around him in an impressive speech addressing participants of the diaspora June 18 rally.

Gesner Saint Jean castigated the international community over Haiti’s ongoing situation. This is what makes anxiety go non stop in millions of fathers’ hearts.

On this father’s day, thousands of them left their home without knowing when they would be able to return. Thousands of other young fathers are clearly manipulated to run a blind war against peace without knowing how the days will retribute.

On this scary crossroad, we set so much aside to wish you all HAPPY FATHER’S DAY.

We are presently working on our July 10 recreational gathering around the pool. Right after we will go over our second step of Intercommunal Plan. If you are from one of the 146 communes of Haiti, and fully residing overseas, send us an email via incidiah_team@incidiah.org as a first step toward participating in this gathering physically or via a zoom conference
